Hi there,

I was a guest at the Pembina Pipeline on December 8th and Cardiff provided the transportation from the Ritz Carleton to the restaurant and back. Not only was the transportation clean, timely, and the driver very helpful and polite, but when I had a bit of a crisis, the staff at Cardiff went above and beyond to help me.

On the trip home on the bus from the restaurant, my phone must have slipped out of my purse. My phone has all of my identification in its case and all of my credit cards. When looking for the key to my room, I noticed I didn’t have the phone. I contacted Nicole Doyle, who had booked Cardiff on behalf of Pembina, and she met me in the lobby of the Ritz and phoned the company. At this point it was after 10:00 pm. The employee at Cardiff was very reassuring and helpful. They found the phone very quickly. However, they didn’t stop there. Robert, our bus driver, drove the phone to the Ritz within half an hour and hand delivered it to me. You can’t imagine my relief as I was leaving to return to Canada early the following morning. I am deeply grateful to the help provided to me.

Thanks again. I think that Cardiff is an absolutely first class organization.
